#TheTrailBlazer | BRON Sponsors CWWA 2022

TheTrailblazer Bron Sponsors

We face many challenges in the aftermath of a hurricane, but access to clean water and proper waste management is a priority. At BRON, we are quite familiar with the depth of destruction natural disasters can have on infrastructure.

To further cement our contribution to this global issue BRON has become an official sponsor for the 31st Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association’s (CWWA) Conference & Exhibition 2022.

The Water and Sewerage Corporation of the Bahamas hosts the CWWA event this week, October 17th – 21st, at The Atlantis Paradise Island Resort here in the Bahamas under the theme “Recovery and Evolution: Regional Actions for Global Sustainability in the Water and Waste Sectors” with a specific focus on hurricane recovery in the Caribbean.

The Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association (CWWA) is a regional non-governmental organization established by an Act of Parliament in Trinidad & Tobago in 1991. The CWWA is a grouping of water, wastewater, and solid waste professionals in the public and private sectors.

As a leading Development Consultant firm that manages numerous projects throughout the Caribbean, we help our clients implement sustainable waste and projects water systems. We are proud to have one of our very own contribute as a speaker for the event.

Today, Kevin Sweeting, the Managing Principal – Infrastructure at BRON, was invited to speak about the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian. Kevin provided his expertise during the “Rehabilitation of Treatment System in Treasure Cay post-Dorian” event session.
